ICS People was formed in 1998 to provide permanent and contract staff to the worldwide telecoms market. A key focus of the company is in the area of Customer Care and Billing and the key skill areas within this market. The Telecoms market is global by its very nature.

Our international experience with clients across Africa, Asia-Pacific and Europe underpins our understanding of individual country requirements. ICS People consultants have worked closely with many Telecoms companies over the last 10 years.
